Answer: Try the TEPFAKTOR! It's one for all and all for one!

Just in case you never heard of it (hard to believe), before reading on, click here...

It all began (as it does a lot of times here at C4C) - with a phone call: "Hello, C4C here! Would... the TEPFAKTOR be open to host all of our clowns and teachers for an action packed and well deserved team building event?"

"No problem! That's what we do!"

"Would you consider doing it for free, in recognition of C4C’s non-profit, humanitarian efforts with children in need in this country?"

Short pause....

"No problem..."

The rest is history... Consequently, all of C4C's clown, teachers, associated and volunteers - those who make the C4C machine tick - had an action-filled, great time at the TEPFAKTOR - compliments of the house.

But the story didn't end here.

The TEPFAKTOR management, led by Honza Danes, impressed by the obvious dedication and idealism so apparent in all C4C staffers, offered us their premises for free for future events involving C4C as well! Wow! Considering that the average 3 hour stay at the TEPFAKTOR can range anywhere from 600 to 800 Kc admission fee (it's well worth it!), this very quickly adds up for 30 or 40 people.

This is how the idea was born to invite a group of selected orphans and participants in C4C's educational Springboard to Life (STL) initiative, from various orphanages around Prague, for an event the children likely never forget!

The Rotary Club Prague Bohemia, a longtime supporter of C4C's educational initiative Springboard to Life, quickly rose to the occasion and jumped on board to help out. Board member Conny Zoerner took it upon herself to sponsor the catering and provided a buffet for 80 hungry participants from seven different Bohemian orphanages. Kudos, Conny!

A big thank you also goes to Olympic gold medalist in snowboarding, Eva Samkova, who agreed on very short notice to participate and add the "Wow-Factor" to this "TEPFAKTOR" event! Needless to say, the kids were thrilled to have a celebrity amongst them.

"It was incredible to have Eva on my team", commented Jana (13). "At first I was a bit shy, but that didn't last long since she was so nice and normal - not at all like somebody famous."

"This was the best event ever - really", smiled Honza (16), who's team completed all tasks successfully - not a given at all at the TEPFAKTOR. "I have never participated in anything cool like this before!"

In closing, we want to express a big and heart-felt "Thank You" to all those who helped to make this event a success! We couldn't have done it without you!
